I custom make the texture medium from scratch for this work. I mix products together with paint to create this really hard medium that I can sculpt with, and I then paint a watered down layer of paint that soaks into the medium. I used layers of vermilion red and candy pink which gave me turkish delight vibes.Custom texture medium on stretched canvas. Artwork dimensions 200x200mm.
