Art is a true gift, and will always mean something special to the receiver.

The Process

When making a purchase, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

T&C's

- Eclette gift cards do not expire.

- Eclette gift cards can be used to purchase products that are available on Eclette Art x Design website only.

- Eclette gift cards may be used in part or whole for bespoke commission pieces arranged with Penny.

- Eclette gift cards can only be redeemed once using the unique code sent to you.

- Eclette gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

- The gift card amount cannot be partially refunded.

- Purchases can be made using additional payment options if the value of the product exceeds the value displayed on the gift card.

- Discounts codes can't be applied to purchasing gift cards, however discount codes will still apply to products during sale times which can be purchased with a gift card.
