Nerites in Nudibranch is a sculptural wall hanging featuring a ultramarine blue and pink scallop shell, on a background of vibrant pink, trimmed with red bobbles. The name 'Nerites in Nudibranch' derives from; Nerites - in greek mythology was a sea deity who was transformed into a shellfsih, and Nudibranch - a curious soft bodied marine mollusc that is often bightly and elaborately decorated! This wall sculpture is hand sculpted using my sustainable Cardcrete medium, which I make from scratch using 100% recycled cardboard and paper.
